"From fifteen minutes together when Annie advised she would produce some sample invites and send them to me I was intrigued of what I would receive.  The post arrived shortly after and each card was different but perfect in its own way.  She had captured the colour and style of our wedding and created some beautiful work which left me with a major headache – which invite style and design to select!  I think my husband to be was extremely relieved when I finally made my choice!  Annie not only completed beautiful day and evening invites but orders of service, names plates and favour boxes.  She coped with me ringing, at times at short notice, for extra orders when numbers changed.  Everything was delivered when I was advised it would be, in perfect condition.  Pawprintz provided perfect service and attention to detail which aided in our perfect day.  Thanks Annie."

We have been, quite simply, blown away by the whole experience of working with Annie over the last few months. 

From start to finish, the whole process has been a case-study of professionalism, care, outstanding quality, patience and dedication.  The quality and consistency of Annie's work speaks for itself: we have never seen anything that comes even close to the very high standards that Annie sets for herself.  Her levels of tolerance for putting up with our numerous amendments were staggering and her creativity, talent and levels of imagination are boundless. 

From day one, we had complete confidence in Annie's meticulous approach and her management of deadlines.  We were not disappointed.  However, more than the fact that you are treated as if Annie has no other clients and more than the "round-the-clock" service which is provided, Annie is an utterly charming, funny and really decent person.  We wish her all the very best for the future success of her fantastic business.
